These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BigCatVPN's VPN service ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using BigCatVPN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
Service Description
BigCatVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that:
- Encrypts your internet connection using WireGuard protocol
- Routes your traffic through our secure servers
- Protects your online privacy and security
- Provides access to our global server network
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime or connection speeds due to factors beyond our control.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information and keep it updated
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Prohibited Activities
You may not use our Service to:
- Engage in illegal activities or violate any laws
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software
- Spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activities
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Access or attempt to access unauthorized systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our servers or networks
- Use the Service to harm minors in any way
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Payment and Billing
Subscription terms:
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime through your account settings
- Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Privacy
BigCatVPN is designed not to store browsing activity, DNS queries, or the originating IP address used for a VPN connection. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- BigCatVPN provides the Service "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service
- We are not responsible for third-party content or services
- You use the Service at your own risk
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, technical issues, or external factors may affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- You: Can cancel your subscription anytime through your account
- Us: May suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
- Effect: Upon termination, your access ends but data is deleted per our Privacy Policy
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through our Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of British Columbia.
